Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Return Window

You may return any unopened, uninstalled trigger shoe kit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (shipping cost is non-refundable). The product must be in its original packaging, in resalable condition, with no scuffs, scratches, or evidence of partial installation.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will reply within 24 business hours with a return authorization number (RMA) and the return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item in its original packaging with the RMA number visibly written or printed on the outside.
  4. Ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground (your choice and cost — we recommend tracked shipping).
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 1–3 business days to the original payment card.

Defective or Wrong Item

If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, we cover return shipping AND ship a replacement at no cost. Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

What Is NOT Returnable

  • Trigger shoes that have been installed in a firearm (even briefly)
  • Trigger shoes that show scratches, scuffs, or wear consistent with installation attempts
  • Open packaging that cannot be resealed
  • Items beyond the 30-day window from delivery

Refund Timing

Refunds process to the original card within 1–3 business days of receiving the returned item. Your card-issuing bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund to your statement.

Exchanges

For color swaps (Black ↔ Red), follow the standard return process and place a fresh order for the desired color. We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
